Chef/Partner, Rumrunners and The Joint at Cape Harbour

Favorite dish from grandma: My grandmother's braised pork with sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and pork gravy. She inspired me.

First job in the kitchen: Washing dishes at Pizza Hut in 1984. I was 14 years old.

Junk food I crave: Pizza - maybe because of Pizza Hut.

Favorite vegetable: I really love roasted cauliflower.

Who would be around the table at your perfect dinner party? Julia Child, Robert Parker, James Beard, Tom Colicchio and Michael Jordan.

What do you do when you're not slaving over a hot stove? I love to hang out with my family and travel. I also love boating, fishing and riding my Harley.

Chef Johnson is cooking for a chef/vintner dinner on Friday evening in Cape Coral.
